iPad mini is the "Apple" thing that is viral on the Internet right now. With Apple announcing the date for the launch of the iPad mini, everyone has gone mad.
Apple has announced 23rd of October as the release date of the iPad mini, and according to me it should have what I have written below.
Talking about the display. This thing should have a 7-inch display with a 300+ ppi of pixel density and it'll be a retina display. On the front, there'll be a home button which Apple puts in all their devices. The side bars should be thinner as they are in the above picture. And this'll be done in order to save space and make it lighter.
Coming to the camera, the camera on this thing should only be in the front as putting a camera on the back would cost Apple a lot and this is supposed to be a "mini" thing so we shouldn't expect that much.
The processor on this should be an A5 processor that we have seen in the iPod touch 5th generation and even the GPU should be the same.
I believe the RAM should be 2 GB in this thing as it should be capable of multitasking a lot more than other tablets in competition like the Google Nexus 7.
I believe the battery would be more than 2000mAh and it would be a Li-Po battery in order to cut down on cost. The battery should last for more than 10 hours on this thing.
Talking about the build quality. The build quality should be very good on this thing, it should be the same as we have seen in the iPhone 5.
The back, I believe, would be fully flat, just like the iPod touch 5th Generation. It'll also have those rounded edges and that aluminum finish.
Apple, obviously, would include the lightning connector in this thing in order to save space and the speaker grill should be next to the lightning connectors.
I'm not sure about the storage capacity on this thing, but it should be that traditional 8/16/32/64 GB Apple thing.
It should support both, Wi-Fi and 3G.
And, in order to save space it'll accept only nano-SIM.
