Galaxy Note : Isn't it too awkward for voice calls?

Compared to an iPhone 4S

Today I was going to the market and there I saw a Galaxy Note Demo Stall. I quickly jumped there and started experiencing the magic of Galaxy Note. Wow! It was very good as a tablet. I was wondering that how awkward will a person look talking on such a BIG Tabletphone. It is amazing when it comes to usage but isn't it too big for us?
To make calls don't you think it is? Why was it given the title of a Tabletphone rather than just a Tablet? After all the Samsung Galaxy Tab also has a SIM card and can also make calls. This was done just to get popularity. To attract the public. They want sales. These days it is all business and therefore this TABLET was given the title of Tabletphone! Samsung could have named it the Galaxy Note Tab! Why didn't it do so? The answer is, they wanted to attract people who are fond of mobile phones as well the people who are fond of Tablets or both. Releasing so many Galaxy phones in such a less time, coining new terms,etc. Its all part of business. Samsung is going to be a great competitor to Apple in future.
